That is exactly what I have been trying to activate. I believe I just activated it recently I have tried to increase jing and chi dietarily but not much luck. Just recently I feel I am doing those correct spiritual methods. I even felt a cool liquid dripping from anterior regions of my head down my chest and limbs and feel vital If you know what I mean. Circulation problems I had for recent years that made no sense have apparently corrected itself and my heart and pericardium also are responding differently since 2 days ago I was scared because I actually felt my heart and pericardium stretching for the first time in a while. i think I must have been dead before. My fingers... meridians everything mentioned i can feel. I am going to print this. I think finally I should be progressing now both physically and spiritually.
