Alison I have lost much of what I "Understood" but still it leaves a residue. The one thing I know is I have not the same fear of death or the unknown. The rest is as You say a KNOWING that is what I call the gnosis it is written on my heart perhaps in a different language than what I can elucidate on but I am aware of it's transformative nature.
