Yep, its the same for me. Last few weeks it's been like this. I put it down to ascension symptoms and when I wake up I usually know the areas I need to work on. Guess we have a different time clock. It does take time to adjust and I know it can be quite annoying going to work really tired, but perhaps we are being woken up for a reason.
