Hi,
I have read several posts about light healers waking up in the wee hours of the night. I wake up around 4 am every night for no reason. i can't get back into the sleepy mood until around 7-8am. its really annoying. so what does this have to do with light workers and energy? i really do not undrstand the purpose of this since sleep is so healing. is this an energetic transformation? i am going to have to take some herbs to counter this though at some point. hope that does not ruin anything. what do you think
