Your brother as you have said does not have mental faculties consistent with age resulting in the behaviour. Homeopathic medicine has good remedies like Hyoscyamus, Stram; to reduce his aggressive and unsocial nature. As you would know there is no cure for the same but definitely there could be symptomatic treatment.
