Hmmmmmm....good question that you pose Grog. I certainly know what LDN has been in my life and I often call it a cure for myself. I am very careful not to call it that when I am posting because I'm not exactly sure what would be considered a cure in scientific terms. LDN has halted any further progression of my MS so I ask anyone....is that not as close to a cure as one can expect? I often read articles about all sorts of things such as Antigren and Caprivax (sp?) but I really don't follow them too closely cuz as long as the LDN does for me what it has so far, I really see no need to persue anything further. I don't know anything about the toxin or mercury connection with relationship to MS. I have heard all sorts of theories bandied about but I really don't know much about whether they are the true cause of any disorders or just an impedus by which they might bring on attacks. As I said before, I am no scientist so please do not quote me on such matters. All I can really speak of is this wonderful therapy that I really hope the world catches up with soon because there are way too many people out there suffering. Please always keep in the back of your mind that money sure makes the world go round. I hate to be cynical but if there is one thing that I have learned in my past 2 years with all this, is that there are cures and things to alleviate all sorts of illnesses that are not known because to persue them would mean the loss of a lot of revenue for many people. Think about it...is there really any money in a cure?? Thanks so much for the questions Grog, please keep them coming. It is how we all learn... {{{hugs}}} JoyceF
