i grealty appreciate knowing that eh smoky quartz is good for thsoe thing losted adn of course thehematie.. too

i willahve to amke a point of choosign what i wear when i try to get out more this spring.. publicaly.. itis one o my persoanl goals and i will definitely be comabatiign extrmme stress and anxas i do so..
i can come nearto outand out cryign i fpeople i don't knwo get to close to me/ or esp if brush upagain stme.. it takes all mywill power to jstu stan dthere and i can't evne move..
cause i lose my balance ande verything.. petrified..
if i stya jus tlooking at my list ..i seem to make it fairly well ifnot inteerred with...

aside form that..i had also read that ionite woudl be good for me to wear in public alos/

so interestign what yousaid about the red...
i used tolove ed.. but i have compeltely avoided it and thrown out red thign s sicen what happened.. i won't wear anyhing / that has red in it tho i do wear wine/marroon stuff..
to me when i lookat red alli see now is blood.. and it reallyb rign sback to me images o fwhat happene dto me veyr graphicially .. and i jstu can't deal with ahvign that
in my face all day /when i amtryign to get past it...
but whatyousaid made sense...

i esp liek the tips yougave about buildign up th root/since thos e ar ethigns i do / and jstu now recnetly ahvehealed enoguh to begin dancign again... i used to nonstop dance whiel doignmy house chores long ago... it always kept me uplifted adnin good spirits/energy and i ahv emissed havign the ability to do so for manyyears...
but recnetly i am able to pursue my love of dancing and gettign better exercise *)..which iam so happy abou t*)
