Hi this advice may or may not help you right now Andrea.
You might want to wholly stop the powder.
You might want to stop the capsules.
In addition you may want to stop eating and adding to the burden.
You should find that munching on crispy veggies or fruit may help. You are not looking to add more bulk only to stimulate internally.
You may find that taking the tea as directed will aid peristalsis also.
The stuff will move out if you do not add to the burden. If you go back on the formulation modify so that you work back up slowly and titrate down as needed.
Relax, as you relax internally feel the gunk presenting itself to be released. When it is released before beginning again, have a good enema or colonic and keep your feelers on if you add back the fiber. Let us now how things come out!
