I was bloated too. I started Liver Flushing. It worked like a charm. Have done 4 so far. I am not on any supplements right now. Just do periodical bowel cleanse using "BIOXY CLEANSE". and eat healthy.

Have u tried flushing? It could be your answer. Andreas also highly recommends LF.
