hi andreas,

i went for a IPL session over the weekends and after the session, i had this deep purple reddish mark the size of an eye pupil. those working there said that it would heal in a week with the cream that they gave. but it looks very red and after 2 days, there hadnt been improvement. it is not painful at all and not raised. it looks a little like a bit of blood clot underneath the skin.

i went to improve skin and now i have this. is this like me having to face my fear or something?
can i heal this with medication and manifestation and sending it love?

i used to fear death and once we had a church session where we could choose to say our greatest fear. i was quite soft spoken then but i said out loud that i feared death. and after some time, i was less afraid of fear without really realizing it until much later. i still value life and want to live to experience more, but death isnt the end. there is just so much to learn...
