HI Andreas and thank you for responding to My posts ,I think that you know My problem with the stress,anxiety and depression and overworked adrenals etc.I just want to ask if there is a reason that I am crashing big time after 2-3 pm?I just ordered your books ,it will take me a while to read them with My condition and I decided to start clensing.What should I start with?I just read dr Jensen's book and I know how important is to have a clean Colon,I am not sure if you know about his method which is 7 day bowel cleansing ,including colemas and some supplements.Do you cover colon,kidneys and liver clenses in your books?And can I do a liver flush before colon cleanse and kidneys?Thank you very much.
