Thank you very much for your help. I greatly appreciate it. The books won't arrive for a few more days, so I am dying to get started! I think I read somewhere that ionized water is boiled for 15 minutes, but I am not sure what kind of water to use. Also, I cannot seem to find Oxypowder, Oxyflush or Colosan anywhere in the area here. SOmebody says they have Oxycleanse, will that do? Where do you get this stuff? Anyone who can help me I would greatly appreciate, still losing hair after my great results with the clay bath. Perhaps I should have put more clay over my thyroid, didn't even think about that!
