And I haven't even read Andreas answer yet. He doesn't always read the stuff underneath the post, but you really helped asking him to be more specific. On to the answer, but just wanted to say the highlighting was cool.

So, on a given day, when my son wakes up with horrendous 'morning breath' (of course I don't notice MY own) what does that mean (he's 11).

And you use sunflower to swish with? I use sesame or sometimes even caster oil for the morning swish. My understanding was any unrefined oil works well.
