May be you would like to add more information about your situation.

For example:

1. What other conditions you suffer
2. What is your diet
3. What kind of liver flushes you did
4. What body type you are
5. How much you drink every day
6. What time you go to bed
7. At what times you take your meals
8. Do you take your main meal at lunch?
9. Did you have big traumas in your life?
10. Do you physically move enough every day?

This way Andreas may give you more accurate advise to solve your problem.
