There is a Christian book called 'Created to be his Help meet' by Debi Pearl.
I've seen the information from the book changed many marriages incredibly (sexual part especially). It explains how men are (types, buttons, reactions, etc) and woman's role in a marriage. It is a hard and humbling read, but has a wealth of information on almost every problem in a marriage.
