I'm lost. I feel I have no purpose, actually, I think I have a purpose but I have no discipline to accomplish my goals of health, family, and a business. I feel like giving up. I feel terrible. I have 3 wonderful kids and a husband who is also struggling with life.

Any insight would be wonderful. If not, I'm sorry for using space on your forum.
