They are more confusing to the body than anything. The cells cannot communicate with the implants which creates a seperation as well as scar/dead tissue alongside the implants. Any cuts made, cut off the medidians and casue long-term weaknesses of damage to the organs they relate to. There are numerous facial meridians that run very close to the surface of the skin. The unsuspecting plastic surgery patients may be happy about their looks, but can start suffering from illnesses two or three years later; illnesses that are directly caused by cutting these meridians. A breast implant operation, for example, cuts the stomach meridians that can lead to major gastric problems, affecting the digestive functions and thereby the entire body. Besides, the implants are loaded with chemcial poisons that do seep into the surrounding tissues. If you are interested, I have discussed the topic of breast implants in Timeless Secrets of Health & Rejuvenation (www.ener-chi.com) in greater details. The bottom line is that plastic surgery offers the short-term gain of improving one's external looks and sense of worthiness, but the long-term loss of health resulting from the injuries; and perhaps, the person gets used to the better appearance and forgets to look at the deeper issues of inner dissatisfaction underlying the issues of dissatisfaction with external looks or self-image. The temptation can be great, a relatively quick fix to uplift one's self-esteem. Still, there can be hefty price tag attached to fixing symptoms instead of healing the underlying causes. Many of today's cancers and others disease are due to injuries in such sensitive parts of the body as the head, neck and chest. The question arises, whether one allows one's body to be cut in this way because of love for oneself or because of dislike of oneself. If the latter is the case, plastic surgery is just like a drop of water on a hot stone.
