You already received very good advice from eureca. I might add that I first would do the kidney cleanse before doing the liver flush. Taking 1-2 baths with metallic clay, may also be useful (see Timeless Secrets book). The supplements you mentioned can be very useful, especially cilantro. However, I would be careful with garlic which can affect your brain and urinary tract.
