Hi Andreas, I have been taking the pill on and off for the last couple of years, probably all my adolescents and adult time. I am now 30 and I would love to get off the pill as soon as possible. What do you suggest are effective natural methods? The problem I have is that while I come off the pill I know it can take many month until your body hormone balance bounces back to normal so that this temperature method or the persona computer (which i am seriously considering) wont work until then. Is there anything you can suggest?
