i just read all ur mails, ur story touches me, cant help it,

try to have no chaos in everything u try... i have it fast and it destroys everything because i do everything for 50% instead of 100%...i try to change it now and try to have order...

try not to be busy with to abstract ideas... try to focus on the things u really know... i tell u this because once i had to conquer the religion i grow up with and it gave me real panic attacks that made me almost schyzo for 2 months and almost ending real bad, it's emotions together with brain fog, it can get really nasty...this made me searching on health...abstract things u cant understand can give fear...stay away from what u cant know at this time... and focus on what u do know...

and what u know is elevated liver enzymes, no digestion, brain fog...etc

these are the things to focus on...
and to keep staying focussing on i think...

try to be sure about metal toxity too...
dont u have test results that u can post for opinions ?

how many liver flushes did u do ?? sure u went to the end ?

but there are bacteria thriving on bile too i read...maybe related ?

i dont know if this is of any help...just dont give up..!
