I hope after Andreas opens the forum up again you can repost the question, in case he does not see it. I like to hear his answer. Never heard this before. I use it all the time and it does not make me hungry. To call it a violent way, Andreas feels that this is better than all the fiber cleanses like P&B, which he finds to rough.
So we might have to wait till Andreas has time to answer it.
