Maybe you should stop the ES and have some vegetable and fruit juices, fresh if possible. Maybe your electrolytes are completely out of whack with all this dehydration.
I believe the ES colon cleanse Andreas advocates is just one of the options for a colon cleanse. Maybe you should try enemas for now. With your dehydration, I would stop using bowel cleansing methods that require the body to give up a lot of water.
