O.K. this sounds like a plan; at the start of this problem, I tried drinking some castor oil but it didn't work. I think I used a castor oil pack a long time ago for something and had good results with it. Tonight is liver flush night, so do you think it would be o.k. to add the castor oil pack into the mix?
