Do any of you use urine therapy?
I want to try it but I worry.
I not only worry about the smell, but I worry about not taking my medications (/zoloft, xanax, remmeron).
I have been sufering depression (medical injury), anxiety, lack of concentration (Adult Deficit Dissorder), eating disorder (first bulemia and the overeating),and more. my medication has helped, but I don't want to take it.
should I start the UT first or the cleanse?
