Andreas! Namaste my friend! Just have a few Q's to send your way.

1. How long, and in what position(s)is the best way to do a coffe enema?

2. What are your thoughts on Cranial Sacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation?

3. When doing a colonic professionally, should I be trying to hold the water as long as possible between "letting it out?"

4. The Stainless Steel cookware I just purchased (7 ply Steam Control waterless) has 18% chromium and 8% nickel... I thought these were toxic? But they seem to be the ones you reccomend... Thoughts?

5. How much is TOO much fat/oil in a vatta diet?

6. What is the best position to sleep for someone (myself) who has a severely distended abdomen (look pregnant), pain in the hip area and between the sacram and lumbar (indented + herniated disk a few years back), and swollen inguinal area.... Lymphnodes? Hernias? Inflamation? Edema? I don't know... Only having bowel movements once evry day or two, and there is some unexplained weakness inside of me... Below the navel, above the groin and in the prostate area... Like a ball of weaknees right in there... I can ALWAYS feel it... Sorta dead feeling. No libido for 2 years now... I can get an erection and evrything... Just no desire. Least of my concerns really... Dark circles under the eyes as well... Read Freedom, Amazing, and Secrets. Been liver flushing w/colonics. Done a couple of kidney cleanse... Any thoughts? Just keep it up?

7. Finally... You gonne be in the Minnesota area anytime soon? I would just love to have a personal consultation with you! If I were to take a high quality photo of my irises, would you be able to examine them If I sent them too you?
