I would go with the magnetic clay that has been synergystically chosen (blends) to be effective for detox. It is much more potent. I keep Relfe's clay on hand for potential internal use and also in case of things like bee stings, poison ivy and of course, spider bites. Relfe used to promote her clay for the ourpose of bathing but has since gon to an expnesive suppository chelating agent so....
