hi so its conscious vs subconscious.. i went for reiki recently and while the master and i were just talking before the session (talking about religion and jesus)..i started to tear without knowing why. before the session, the master asked if i wanted to heal, i gave a very weak yes. and i started thinking about how i want healing and yet the voice from me came so soft, almost like i didnt believe i could be healed or that i somewhat want to sabotage my healing...

gosh i cant phantom myself..is that why they say that we are our biggest enemy..?
