I'm not an 'experienced' flusher,about 4 or 5, and everyone I've done has been different. Some Dr. Schultz, some Julia Chang, a mix of this and that. Whatever.
Believe I'm mostly vata. First experience with colosan brought about watery bm's.
Messed my pants once thinkin it was 'air', but luckily at home. Later using same product brought no results at all. Believe Andreas says something about that in one of his books. That the body is low on whatever is in the product and absorbs it, rather than getting it out of the system. That's all I have to say.
