I had the opposite of a 'typical' reaction. I took colosan for one week. Previous to taking it I had one or more bowel movement a day, every day, early in the morning. After taking colosan for one week.... no bowel movements, ever, without taking anything. so i now have to take bowel helpers (blessed herbs digestive stimulator or MH's lower bowel balance) daily. Don't know what happened in that week to disturb my natural rhythm so much!
