I had meant to get back to you sooner than this.

I have benefited so much from the Sacred Sanctemony i had with you.

I have definitely felt the *karma bonds cycles * broken and released,
and have experienced awareness of ones other than the particular one we discussed
since then .

I am working to alter my sleep pattern yet... soem days i succeed well.
others i don't... but i am working towards that goal.

It is finally warmer here,
so i have been able to sit on steps and do the sungazing...........
the days that i do this, i have definite new inner awareness brought to me in my sleep/dreams and wake up better understanding, the things of the past,
umm i won't go into details here.. but i think you know what i mean maybe.

it will be wonderful when the dimesional change occurs .

i have been focusing recently on chinese herbs ( from dragonherbs.com )
and magnetic theraphy as well in additional to all the great stuff i have learned from you .
btw i went for a 5 block walk yesterday ! and no anxiety etc at all
my strength is making really good inroads,
and body fluid retentions are getting flushed out !
I am getting back my *girlish figure yeah !
without even trying...
i am walking in better body posture/
with strong back muscles again
and getting up and down from floor *almost easily *

i am also getting better about not procrastinating as much
as to my personal true priority issues..
(which may not be someone elses priorities for MY life *laugh*..
but at least i move at my own pace towards my own goals.

Thank you again so much for the *spiritual healing*
with the Sacred Sanctimony
there are no words i can use to express my gratitude
for breaking those karmic bonds..
I am feelign much more free and at peace
to move forward in my own path now,
to hopefully fulfil the *life mission * i came here for at this tine on earth,
and to experience also , all the wonderful changes that will take place soon ..
