Hi, Andreas,

That is most interesting. I wondered why I have been so preoccupied this past year in finding ways to strengthen myself. My son, although not doing body work, has made some major changes in getting his life straightened out and back on track. My poor sister-in-law, whose depression I wrote to you about, actually took a lot of valium the other day and is now in hospital with the core issues coming to the surface so, perhaps, it was a step forward for her.

I have been reading Matrix V Gold Edition and Graduation Key Gold Edition and have found it to be quite overwhelming, so I take what I can. Those sections which do not resonate with me, I must leave behind for the moment. Trusting my own Higher Self is the task at hand.
