Dear Andreas;

I was hoping you could offer me some insight and advice in to my mental health...

I seem to get depressed sometimes, when I look back at my life (although I am only 19), and believe I have wasted opportunities, and have a lot of regrets. It gets me down, as I feel I could be much happier, if I "played my cards" better. I think I would be more successful, and would have had more relationships. Another big issue, is the fact that I feel I have "missed out" on loads of things people are doing, and feel my life is boring!

I think a big issue (which I have been working on) is confidence, and acceptance of myself. I was hoping you might be able to help me out?
