i am better than when i orginally started

but i really have to watch what i eat,,i do notice a little of undigested food in my colonic,,last monday,,,and some gas bubbles

i could not sleep very well,,the nite of,,i also have a lot of energy,,this combination of mag and mel,,,you take,,,what type of correction does it correct mentally,,

my 13th or 12th flush it was one or two did not produce much,, will update with others
