If you feel that you're ready to flush physically and emotionally, flush Sunday night, otherwise hold off until you're ready.

If you do decide to flush Sunday night, have you looked into having colon hydrotherapy 2 to 3 days after the flush? I always get trapped stones and they are not pleasant at all.
