I've done a different one that takes two people, and since I live alone, I haven't used it in quite a while and don't remember which hand is for what.

You can always google kinesiology as well.

If you find the whole thing very interesting, you can see if your library has a copy of Energy Medicine by Donna Eden. That's where I learned it.
