Hi Andreas,

This is the first time I am posting on your forum but I have read 3 of our books and have been a dedicated follower of your posts for the last 6 months. I need help and advise.

First let me give you some background information about myself;

When I was very young I was given lots of antibiotics for my bronchitis. I am 37 years old now and 27 years back the doctors prescribed this harmful medicine without giving much thought to what the side effects can be. Also, when I was 10 years old, I had neumonia and was given some kind of injection, i do not know what it was, that made me baloon up in a very short time. Everything went wrong after that, my periods, metabolism etc. I believe most of my problems are due to these medicines I used when I was very young.I lost and gained the weight on and off but I am heavy now especially after the thyroid problem and after I quit smoking 6 months back(20 lbs gained).

Another thing is, by the time I was 17 I had 17 mercury fillings in my mouth. Now, my natural teeth are very yellow and there is nothing to be done about it. I got about 10 of my mercury fillings removed but I still have about 7 more that I need to get removed. The dentists are not willing to remove the ones with mercury decay problems. I get so frustrated with doctors that I refuse to go to them most of the time. But I am trying to find one destist who will remove them for me and who is covered by my insurance.

At the age of 29, six months after my son was born, i was diognized with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and put on sythroid. They told me I have to use the medication for the rest of my life. At the time I was not as educated as I am now about the health issues and I continued taking the medication. Soon I realized that it did not solve my weight, mood, acne problems. I went to a world renowned Endocrinologist about 3 years go and looking at the results of the test and the fact that my medication never fluctuated he said I may have been misdiognosed. But I was hooked on to the medication. I am scared of weaning off of the medication. Scared because I feel irritated and nervous. I am hoping, with the help of all the cleansing procedures I will cure my problems and wean of the medication. The flush results and m body will tell me when and how.


I just started going to colonic irrigation after my 7th flush. I completed the second colonic and nothing came out. The colon therapist calls me tough cookie. I just would like to ask if this is a normal experience.

Question 1)Is it because the matter inside is too hard? Therapist told me to apply castor oil and come after 3 days. I did the castor oil massage and I will be going again today.

Another question 2) is the way I feel after I started this procedure. I feel worse then before. My upper back hurts, my allergies sky rocketed, I have flu like symptoms, my throat hurts etc.

I did 7 liver flushes, got out about 2000 stones. But I have a long way to go. I am trying to repair my hypothyroidism and loose weight naturally without harsh diets. By the way I am Kapha and turned to 9 % vegetarinism after reading your books.

Question 3)Do you think i have candida? Based on my histry, is there anything else I can do that I am not doing.

I agree with you Andreas, "we get sick for a reason, it is the way of our bodies telling us we did or doing somethings wrong". I believe in this. If I did not fall sick I would never be able to learn the liver cleansing, detox etc which I think very useful info in the path to learn ourselves.

There is also the maotional aspect that I did not want to write on this post since it is too long already. I think that may require sanctimony session.
