I found the professional colonics to be fine, no problem. I think the pro colonics get more out... because they can use more pressure than the colema. I think that's why Andreas recommends getting 3 pro colonics before getting a home colema system. the home colema system works very well too, just different. you have to practice holding more water as it fills up slower and does not have the force of pressure. both worked very well for me.
