once again, we are similar. I had a very serious problem after number 4 because I never did colonics. after I finally cleared that stuck stone, i never did another flush with a pre and post flush colema. I learned my lesson. its not wortht he risk to save a few dollars.

PS- Joyce, my eyes are getting better, have been putting coconut oil on them this week.
