Thanks you so much for your post. I also purchased the focus
CD's a couple of months ago. I can't seem to stay awake, I'm usually out before I get thru one track:) I will start listening to them in the morning after a good nite's sleep. I haven't noticed much since using them except they do RELAX me:)) Andrea's answered my questions quite clearly and I hope it helps you along your journey. Gayle
