Thank you. That genuinely was helpful. The recommended Colosan maybe a good starting point for me. I did not realise magnesium could take so long to correct - that is very interesting. I did wonder however if by cleansing my colon - even with the Colosan if I would be loosing the magnesium that I am trying so hard to replace (after all it does have a laxative effect - or so I understand). Worth a try though. Thanks again
