You mentioned you are a vitta type, but must have meant either vata or pitta type.
To determine what is happening with you, I would need to know a lot more about your than I do from what you wrote. If you can, I suggest to consult with me on the phone (see my website). What I do know, though, is that you are passing through a major phase of emotional release and adjustment. You are are dealing with trauma from the most recent lifetime where you were persecuted and killed during World War II. The trauma is being replayed so-to-speak in your subconsious and also in your dreams, to reach a place of forgiveness for what you have done to others and they have done to you.
