Thank you everyone for your support! I honestly thought I was on my own with this. I believed that everyone here was easily able to follow the advice given at Curezone and I was some big baby or something. Although I do not like to think of others being this sick it is a relief in a way to know that other people cannot tolerate these cleansing methods - as much as we would like to. My hope was that Andreas could suggest something that could be done but in a much much gentler way for those of us dealing with large amounts of toxicity (besides the obvious dietry changes, water and very light walking exercise that I already do). Thanks again
