I don't really have any advice for you, but just wanted to say that I know what you are going through. I have the same problem with cleansing, my body is just too sensitive. It is difficult because you are left wondering what on earth you can do to help yourself. I hope that Andreas has some good answers for you, as I will benefit from this question, too. I hope that you will soon find better health and a better life.
