I have a similar problem with colonics. Whereas most people feel great after them, I too feel awful for a few weeks, for whatever reason. Maybe we are just more toxic and can't cope with a sudden removal of some of them. I find Colosan o.k. but I just use it occasionally. I first used it every day for a week, but it was too much and I felt exhausted. If used once a week or so, it works well. I think it contains magnesium, which might be useful for you.
