Dear Gail,

It is hard to derive from descrption what these are. They could be fat tissue-based or water/lymph-based deposits. Both these substances help trap toxic acids that your body at some stage of your life could not remove through the normal channels of elimination and tried to clear out through the skin. I do not know sure whether or not they can be removed through liver cleanses, but it is possible.
