Dear Normajean,
Just finished writing your answer, but it disaapeared while trying to send it. So here is attempt #2.
Cataracts ususally don't develop that quickly, it takes years. But when the blood is more clean due to liver cleansing, for example, the body tries to break up old deposits and dense structures, which when released by the eye may affect it. Removing metal fillings or creating new ones can affect the eyes as well. Then there could arise a temporary deficiency of certain nutrients and minerals, required for proper eye functions. Just to be sure, you may wish to take ionic zinc (WaterOz as sold by kornax.com or Eniva.com), 1 teaspoon per day). Accumulation of dead (degerate) proteins from animal foods, fish, eggs, and and dairy products is a leading cause of cataracts (not just because they have a lymph congesting effect).
