I found your letter very interesting. I have a ten year old son who has had type I Diabetes for nine years. When he was diagnosed at age one , I quickly began to search for an answer . I read alot about proteins and carbs and decided a vegan diet would be the best way to go. I have also given him cinnamon everyday but I have not heard of the Tumeric. It has been nine years and his diabetes has never changed. Im worried that if I cut back on his insulin he will get very sick. What am I doing wrong? Do you have any other suggestions for us. He is very healthy otherwise but I want to reverse this diabetes, what should I do?
