yes andreas the almond did not break the tooth,,it was a cavity that had weakened it to the point of breaking off simply by chewing,,

i had not been seeing a dentist the way they said to for prevention maybe with my new lifstyle,,wont be needed,,i have done,,, alot of reading on it today,,,
