I read through all the lists of toxins and carcenogins and there is no way we can all live free of all that stuff. We've be living in a biodome or something. I collect antiques and now worry about the age of the furniture. What are people's suggestion for things like cleaning products, are new mattresses toxic? I just bought one. I don't want to end up like a female Howard Hughes, afraid to touch things or go out in public for fear of contracting something and such, but I am trying to improve my diet and such. Any helpful and realistic suggestions, without having to sell everything I own and going to live in a Bio Dome?
