thank you for sharing your thoughts.
I haven't started with the apple juice yet. First I want to finish the kidney cleanse. But I can relate to what you say that " body seems to recognize now that I'm mentally preparing to flush, even if I haven't yet begun my prep,". I think that when we "turn the mind towards" the process has already began. Still, I can't be sure that is really what is effecting my sleep.
By the way, you mention that you use apple juice or gold coin grass. May I ask you how do you find these two different as a preparation for the liver cleanse.
